They have to drop … They have to drop the C.A.O (computer assisted ordering)system, it does not work the system has been in for years and it is time to cut your losses your employees has better insight on what sells (if there is any long time employees left) down the aisles ,i would have at most 5 empty products if i miss judged sales but with the CAO they allowed as much as 300 or more missing a day and some times as much as 800 items. For a big company they do not know when to cut their losses.

the 8.00 employes … the 8.00 employes do effect it more then that, they casue the high turn over rate, most injuries, most loss productitivity, and training these guys are people making $20+/h not the low wage guys so loss money when training has to be done over and over.

They don’t want a bunch of workers making top rate getting work benefits and collecting a pension
They much rather have a bunch of kids come in work 1 year and hit the road
Loblaws you must work 4.5 years just to get benefits…you get very small pay raises over a LONG period of time
