Customer service is pretty poor everywhere. I used to work at Best Buy myself, the turnover rate for employees is crazy. If they actually had you on tape then they would have held you, they usually have security and they have cameras everywhere in best buy. Sounds like people were paranoid and made judgements, sorry that happened to you guys.
