Recently, I purchased an xbox from superstore only to have a old consol inside and cords that do not correspond with the xbox I can’t even power it on. I’m pretty sure the employees are switching merchandise and the customers are getting screwed. However, the manager says I am in the WRONG. I do no want anyone else to get screwed over by superstores lack of employee training. Is there anything I can do.
take it back and exchange it.. you do have the reciept, right?
