I am having a fashion show at my school. And I need to bring an appetizer, so they told me to bring bruschetta. And I would make it, but I’m nervous that I’d screw up… is there such a thing that it’s already made in a jar or something? I live in Canada, BC… just so theres no foreign confusing grocery stores lol. Preferably Safeway or Superstore
There is no ‘mix’ that I know of. Don’t be nervous, it is very easy. Bruschetta is grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. You can add on a variety of fresh toppings – diced tomatoes, fresh basil, shredded mozzarella, diced avocado etc.
Broil the bread on each side. Rub each slice with a crushed garlic clove, letting the juices sink into the bread. Sprinkle olive oil and salt on the bread.
