		<description>There is no &#039;mix&#039; that I know of.  Don&#039;t be nervous, it is very easy. Bruschetta is grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.  You can add on a variety of fresh toppings - diced tomatoes, fresh basil, shredded mozzarella, diced avocado etc. 

Broil the bread on each side. Rub each slice with a crushed garlic clove, letting the juices sink into the bread. Sprinkle olive oil and salt on the bread.
